Foundational Postures and Adaptations

Learn the basics of Hatha Flow and Yin Yoga with poses adapted for the workplace. This practice includes foundational stretches and postures that support better posture and relieve tension, even during a busy workday.​

Through Kriya Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, this segment introduces movement and energy-boosting exercises that increase joint mobility and activate the body. Chair-based stretches are also included to enhance posture and upper body flexibility.

Discover essential pranayama techniques (Sun and Moon Breath, Triangle and Square breathing) and simple meditation methods to promote daily relaxation, focus, and stress management.
